What is Life Coaching?

The 4-Steps to Desired Life
This unique 4-step process guarantees results and ensures that you get what you are looking for every time.

#1 Discover

Do you need to know why your problem exists, what your opportunities are and if you can resolve them permanently? In this stage, we go deep into your personal history and determine the root causes. Together, we discover strategies for working together so that we can get the results you want.
#2 Prioritise

Because the results you want, usually impact all areas of your life, you must know which results will give you the maximum outcomes. In this stage, we understand your root causes and how they impact your choices and priorities. This helps us determine our priorities and next steps.
#3 Co-Create

This stage is perhaps the longest one where we co-create action plans and begin our journey of change. We work together in a 3-way relationship of a coach and coachee to build rapport, build strategies and learn new ways of getting results.
#4 Self-Sustain

Once your desired results start showing, wouldn’t you like to know how you could always get them? In this last stage, we identify, co-create and install strategies and mindsets for a life of limitless possibilities that are self-initiated, self-maintained, self-actualised and self-sustaining.
