Balancing Facts, Feelings and Faith

Imagine standing on the platform, watching a train in front of you.

It’s there, ready to take you on a fantastic journey, but only if you take that leap of faith and board it.

Have you been in a situation where you wanted to catch your bus but were late by a few minutes?

You are late for the trip, but you still feel that you could catch it because it might be late or you might get lucky.

You take a leap of faith and go to the bus stop, and as you arrive, you see the bus coming from behind.

Your feelings are validated, and you thank your stars for being right on that occasion.

Can you guarantee that you will always be able to catch the bus in similar circumstances?

We usually rely on feelings and faith to get us across problems or challenging situations.

Although it isn’t bad, we must remember to understand the importance of facts because they keep us grounded and in the present moment.

Using feelings as our guiding compass, we must review our facts and ensure that we are aware of the actions we must take.

Faith can do wonders, but we must be careful not to be dominated by our desires.

By balancing our feelings with faith and facts, we can navigate life effortlessly.

Awareness of how our feelings blur the facts can be a game-changer because “facts” cannot be invalidated.

How do you determine your “facts” and balance your feelings with your faith?

How often do you take the leap of faith when your feelings and facts conflict?
