Be Deliberate in your Learning

It’s common knowledge that when a student is ready to learn, the teachers appear.

Another fact is that we cannot learn anything until we possess maturity.

Isn’t it why we have a different learning curriculum for children from grades 1 to 10?

There are always instances of children in lesser “grades” who can learn faster and go through the curriculum of higher “grades”.

The capacity to learn and grow is higher when we have less resistance.

Accepting new ideas and possibilities is tough when our worldviews directly contradict the learning topics.

The flexibility of thinking and curiosity are skills that can be learned with deliberate practice.

Like a snake who has to shrewd the old skin to don a new one, we have to unlearn old ways of thinking and being to embrace our current and future reality.

At a circus, when we see an elephant perform tricks, we must remember that it wouldn’t be possible until the resistance to break away was at an end.

The elephants start to learn only when they are ready.

Similarly, when you reflect on the past, do you remember learning when you had more flexibility or limited flexibility?

Our mind interprets everything into learning experiences.

What if we could make it a deliberate action?

What if we could choose to be curious?
