Knowing when our emotional responses are important!
Do you remember the last time you had an emotional outburst?
Do you remember the last time someone did something wrong, and you can’t forget the incident?
Do you still hold a grudge against someone for an action done ages ago?
Feelings of regret, shame and guilt often come in the way of our success and prosperity in life.
The past events become a trigger for our emotions, and we do things we would add to our regrets later.
Life is too short for remembering all the wrongdoings of people.
If we only focus on some people’s mistakes, we will fall into the trap of being victimized.
Instead of focusing on other people’s bad habits and doubting their intentions, we have the choice to build a life of opportunities.
Rather than being bound by our negative emotions, we should be guided by our feelings.
Doing things that make us happy and create win-win situations for everyone around us brings prosperity and abundance to everyone.
Imagine if today was the last day of your life, which grudges, frustrations, resentments and bitterness would you want to keep in mind?
Imagine if there was no tomorrow; how could you fill your life with gratitude today?
What if, only for today, you could let go of the anger and frustration that have clouded your mind?
What if, only for today, you made a promise only to give love, respect, faith and care?
What if this is the only thing that matters now?
How do you begin:
- Practice gratitude and be thankful for your knowledge, skills, experiences and emotions.
- Practice daily meditation to remain relaxed and in control of your emotions.
- Practice thinking your thoughts and focusing on what you want.
- Practice letting go of your negative emotions for others because it only impacts your wellbeing.
