Living with problems or opportunities – a choice we must make

How many times in the past few days have to thought about your problems?

How much frustration do you feel every day?

Do you remember any time when you focused on doing something you liked?

Have you solved problems instead of thinking about them? Did it feel good?

It is a known fact that we all want more love, respect, faith, care, time, money and the list goes on.

We cannot always control someone else’s behavior or our environment, but we keep trying.

When we don’t get what we want, we become upset and start focusing on problems and blame everyone else for why we are miserable.

The truth is that everyone is doing their best behaviors based on whatever they believe is right.

The truth is that we have all the resources we need to be happy and prosperous.

All we need is to change a small thing.

For every problem we have, we need to accept our role in the issue.

We need to take responsibility for our life, our happiness and our peace of mind.

We need to switch our thinking to consider every problem as an opportunity to make our life better.

Focusing on solutions and what we want is the only way to live a joyous life.

Problem thinking is like being in an elevator. As long as we are in the problem, we cannot think about solutions.

We have to step away from the problem, be grateful for what we have, where we are and with whom we are.

Every problem brings an opportunity to get better.

Every problem helps us learn something new.

Every problem exists so that we can focus on what we want.

What if, only for today, you could think about your problems differently?

What if, only for today, you could focus on the opportunity presented?

What if you found solutions instead of problems? How would that change the game for you?

Where do you begin:

  • Practice gratitude and be thankful for your ability to solve problems.
  • Practice meditation and mindfulness daily to remain relaxed and calm.
  • Practice thinking your thoughts and focusing on solutions.
  • Practice looking at each problem as an opportunity presented by God and Universe to get what you want.

I believe that everyone can live a life of limitless possibilities. I am thankful to God and the Universal energy that guides me every day to share this message.
