Stop ignoring your emotions!
Do you remember the time when you were frustrated because of someone else’s behaviour?
Do you remember the discomfort you feel because of a past action that still lingers on as guilt or regret?
Why do we always keep doing the same things that cause so much negativity?
Life always wants us to progress and move towards prosperity and abundance.
According to one of the presuppositions of NLP, we have all the resources we need to succeed but where we lack is in our resourcefulness to challenge our beliefs.
All it takes is a small amount of courage and discipline.
If we feel discomfort, we must ask ourselves what emotion are we feeling.
If we feel discomfort, we must find time to explore the root cause.
Feelings of discomfort are a sign that we are moving against the path of prosperity and abundance.
Ignoring our emotions because of lack of time, lack of attention and lack of action is why there are so many problems.
Let’s stop doing what we don’t want and focus on what we want.
Let’s start feeling happy and grateful for everything we have in life.
Let’s begin to show love, respect, faith and care to everyone around us.
It is time to stop ignoring our emotions, start acknowledging them and work towards a life of happiness.
